Privacy Policy

Percy Productivity Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us — contact details are at the bottom.

Percy Productivity is operated by Percy Street Digital Pty Ltd ABN 11 675 209 373, an Australian business. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us about your business and what you need.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools that collect technical information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. See the Cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This is a business-to-business website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide our services
  • Book and manage calls and appointments
  • Send you information you have asked for
  • Understand how people use our website so we can improve it
  • Show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (see Cookies below)
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses:

  • Analytics tools that tell us how visitors use the site — which pages get read, where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This information is aggregated; we are looking at patterns, not individuals.
  • The Meta (Facebook) pixel, which lets us show ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site, and measure whether our ads work. Meta’s own privacy policy governs what Meta does with this data: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
  • Functional cookies that make the site work properly, such as remembering form details or booking sessions.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work; some conveniences won’t.

Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only so they can do their job for us. These currently include:

  • Booking and scheduling software
  • Our customer relationship management (CRM) and email systems
  • Payment processors (if you become a client)
  • Website hosting and security providers
  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) as described above

We do not share, rent, or sell your information to anyone for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Overseas disclosure

Two things you should know:

  1. Some of our delivery team is based in the Philippines. If you become a client, team members in the Philippines may access your information to provide our services. They work under confidentiality obligations and our internal data-handling standards.
  2. Some of our software providers store data overseas, typically in the United States, under their own privacy and security frameworks.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then we delete or de-identify it. If you enquire and never become a client, we do not keep your details indefinitely.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information — secure systems, access controls, and limiting who can see what. No online system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, unless we are legally required to keep it
  • Unsubscribe from any marketing — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link

To do any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

If you believe we have mishandled your information and we cannot resolve it with you directly, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly.
